A once-derelict trout farm converted to a sustainable aquaculture paradise homestead. Our farm is a conservation farm that specializes in endangered poultry, ecosystem-based fish production, gourmet mushrooms, and hospitality in general. We love to share this unique property with others as an educational center, but also just as a place to relax in a non-judgmental healing environment. Come enjoy camping by one of the cleanest creeks anywhere in the U.S. with hiking trails you can easily walk to, and even more scenic attractions within a short drive. While you're here, don't hesitate to ask about our farm-fresh homecooked meals, featuring ingredients like smoked duck and fresh trout, that we will happily share with you for a donation.

    Tranquil Creekside Camp
    The facilities of this campsite were very convenient to local parks, waterfalls, and hiking trails. Plus, you can buy duck eggs on site - delicious! I will admit the ducks can be a bit aggressive, so this may be something to consider if you have small children. I recommend checking out the Mountain Gardens while you are here - it is about ten minutes away and in addition to offering a beautiful landscape, has a library and apothecary on site.

    Tranquil Creekside Camp
    The camp site was great. I took my 5-year old daughter on her first camping trip and she absolutely loved it. We walked from the car, past a number of heritage ducks, to the very secluded campsite with the stream in the background providing great "white noise." I'm planning to go back again with our entire family.

    Tranquil Creekside Camp
    The hosts were insanely friendly! We loved seeing the ducks and geese and were so excited to purchase duck eggs upon our departure! We stayed at campsite #2. It was everything I love about camping - great space for the fire and tent, swinging in the hammock listening to the nearby waterfall, shady and wonderful. The site was perfectly secluded, but still close enough to the car if you need to make more than one trip. We can't wait to go back - the hosts and site were perfect!

    Tranquil Creekside Camp
    Pat & Andrew were awesome! They gave us a tour of the farm & made some amazing food for us- well worth the additional cost. The creek was super peaceful & the stars at night are insane. A wonderful escape!
