Part of the Nantahala Trail, the land has a history of its own. Once a trading route for the Cherokee people, heritage and sacred findings are hidden through its passages. Nestled in Transylvania County, the Land of the Waterfalls, boasting more than 200 named waterfalls in just the county alone for you to explore. The land was purchased in the 60s and our property was the first built on Round Mountain track. Many people wonder how we came to be here, the truth is, the land chose us.
