Part of the Nantahala Trail, the land has a history of its own.  Once a trading route for the Cherokee people, heritage and sacred findings are hidden through its passages.  Nestled in Transylvania County, the Land of the Waterfalls, boasting more than 200 named waterfalls in just the county alone for you to explore.  The land was purchased in the 60s and our property was the first built on Round Mountain track.  Many people wonder how we came to be here, the truth is, the land chose us.

Mountain Ridge Camping
Great spot on the ravine down to a small creek. Campsite 1 is a great overlook site we could easily fit three 2-person tents. Campsite 2 is smaller and much less flat. Ceotis & Matt are super friendly and helpful. They had a welcome package with stuff for smores waiting for us. They are super friendly and invited us to join them at their bonfire. But they also gave us plenty of space to escape into the woods and forget the world. Great spot!
