We had a blast at Celtic camp! It was a very private spot with great beach space and a creek to cool off in. Well worth the price. 10/10 would reccomend.

My daughter and I stayed here for one night. Mark visited in the evening to do some upkeep of the property and was very friendly! Nice little camp with just a few sites. Small creek runs through property. Some road noise so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. My Volvo made it up the steep hill twice (with a running start;))

Even with a very rainy night, we had a great stay! Jonathan Mark was very helpful and took great care of us and made sure we survived the storm. There was plenty of room at our site and we really enjoyed the stream right along the property. The location is far enough away from town that it feels secluded but the drive to Asheville is very quick and easy. As the booking details say, make sure you have 4WD if you plan on parking down at the site.

I went to Celtic Creek with my 3 year old son and it was WONDERFUL. It was a rainy weekend but we made the most of it. The creek is GREAT for young kids. Lots of rocks to play with and not too deep. Even after a big rain, I still felt safe with my son.

The host, Mark, was AWESOME. Super super nice guy. He helped me out of a pickle and I am sure he would help anyone out that stayed there. Beautiful view of the mountains. We stayed on the upper level which is a big field with a short walk to the creek.

As it states in the ad, this is a new place and they are just getting up and running. You can tell Mark is putting a lot of work and love into the site. I didn't need anything, but I am sure if I did, Mark would have gotten it to me in a heartbeat.

Jonathan was a fantastic host and the campsite was amazing. Completely private from the other sites with dense cane growing between the sites. Wish there wasn’t so much road noise but you can’t expect everything to be perfect.

Had to stay high side because of the uncertainty of our rig creek side. But host was great and responsive.
