Our land in Saxapahaw is beautiful and ripe for bonfires, fireflies and shooting stars. Come stay on the land, meet the animals, and see our farming practices. Hang out among the hundred year old beech trees, walk along the creek, sleep down in the meadow, and stand on the hill with a view of the big night sky.

We’re just a few minutes walk from the wonderfully restored textile mill on the Haw River that is home to the General Store, a co-op and fine food stop, The Eddy Pub, a divine restaurant that overlooks the river, The Haw River Ballroom, hosting world class music acts by night and coffee shop by day, Haw River Farmhouse Ales, the best in local brews, Left Bank Butchery, whole-animal butcher shop that sells pork from our farm, Saturdays in Saxapahaw, drawing hundreds every summer Saturday for music, food trucks, slip and slide and farmers’ market, Haw River Canoe and Kayak, bringing the river to people from all over.

Additionally, we have a yurt, mini-bus, purple bus, airstream and shelter available. Those are listed on air  bnb. Please let us know if you are interested!

Calm little farm where you might run into another person, or you might not. Meadow campsite was great right next to the creek. Definitely recommend this place for a not too roughing it spot, is close enough to towns if need more civilization.

My fiancé & I went camping here and loved it. The weather was bad so we left a day early, but will definitely be coming back this fall/winter. The outdoor shower came in handy when we needed a cool down! Can’t wait to stay again!

This meadow was perfect for a couple of nights! We were thoroughly entertained by the pigs, hemp, and scenery as well as the haw river. The cats were wonderful too. Only complaint was that there wasn’t a picnic table and all the tables there were a little broken. A picnic table or two would’ve been perfect to serve a group of 10.

Waking up in “town” all alone was awesome! The space is grassy and cushiony and full of love. A dog came by the tent to say good morning. Very nice. And wasn’t it a good morning because of that. We met hecka sweet piglets and pigs and wandered back to our car in chicken city. This is one of the best campsites I’ve ever stayed in! The only drawback is that the site itself is a couple hundred yards from the parking area—as such, if you want to bring down tent, cooking supplies, stuff to do, etc., it’s a little bit of a trek. It’d be awesome if there was more access to it via car especially as the bus, trailer and yurt are all quite a bit closer to parking even though much less is required to be brought to those Airbnb spots. But really, you can’t beat the fact that this space is lovely and cozy and has plenty of room (with NO obnoxious RVs and RVers!!). I’ll stay here again any time I’m in the area.

This was one of not my best camping experience! I loved how clean the land was and how much space we had to explore. Downtown Saxapahaw is walking distance from this camp which made the weekend even more fun! I will most definitely be using this space multiple times for quick camping getaways. Had a blast! Highly recommend this place!

Far out, literally and figuratively. Cane Creek was a dream for this nature loving girl. I slept in my tent with a view of the stars. The only noises were the farm animals, so be prepared for some sounds. I also saw an owl and frogs. Just one night, but I plan to come back!
