We had a beautiful 5 nights at this private spot on the Tuck. The river is very wide in this location and the view from the camp and down at the edge was incredible. This site is very private and was especially nice coming out of our county pandemic lockdown to have it all to ourselves. Rob came down for a quick meet and it was nice to discuss the site and some of the history. We are a family of 4 kayakers and all ran the Tuck section 3 for 2 of the days. It was very nice to unwind at this campsite after running the river. We have a 28’ Class A RV and were able to get in and out of the driveway easily. All of the amenities of home with 50 amp power, water and sewer dump. Looking forward to another visit!
We really enjoyed our stay at Rob's campsite - It was a perfect weened getaway! The place is not only secluded and by the river Tuck, but also very accessible. Rob did a great job keeping the site very clean. His communication was very clear and prompt. The only watch out is that T-Mobile customers might not have network connectivity, but as per the host Verizon and ATT works pretty well. Overall, it was a great experience and we wish to come back soon!
BEST HIP CAMP EVER. We spent two nights at Camp Tuck... I could have spent a week. Such a perfect RV spot with all the amenities but with a very private feel, why would you ever stay in an RV park if you could stay here?! Being on the river was a dream! We had dinner at the picnic table with a fire going both nights. The location is truly ideal! Lots of near by attractions, including the park! Such a convenient and magical spot. I will recommend it to everyone I know. I cant wait to get back to Camp Tuck!
We stayed here one night during a 9 day trip, and this was by far the best place. The view of the river is amazing, the condition of the site is excellent, and the proximity to the national park is great. The host is very responsive and helpful with any questions.
This is a full RV site in the heart of the smoky mountains. It is very close to the national park. The spot is off the main road from Whittier to Bryson city but it is extremely private and you have views of the river for all of the site. Rob is very responsive and gives very good instruction on the best way to access the site. It pays to read through everything he has written especially if you have a large RV. There is a small sticker on the handle of the well water pump that states that the water is not potable. This sticker should be disregarded as the water is perfectly drinkable and comes from a pristine well.
Camp Tuck is a very quiet, secluded and beautiful place to listen to the river and birds. Enjoyed the fire pit each night. Easy access right off the interstate. Oh, and NO bugs! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful site right on the river. Absolutely private and peaceful. Rob is a great and very thoughtful host.
This site is very private with a spectacular river / rapids view and experience. The hook ups are are nice add!!
We will be back.
