If you’re looking to try your skills “off the grid” this is the perfect spot. We were blown away with the property’s size and overall experience. Very cool camp site and is exactly what we’d want in a “off grid” layout. Brad was very helpful and insightful about the property and answered all questions. Me and a buddy we’re searching for a place relatively close to Knoxville, TN that met our criteria and found it here with Brad. We looked for quite some time and let me tell you that this property is a hidden gem. We will no doubt be back!
