You'll be sure to find the perfect spot to set up camp. From open fields to wooded areas we've got the spot for you and with plenty of room. Our days are filled with wildlife, from Turkey and deer that hang out in the lawn to the peepers and yes even the coyotes at night! We also have a handful of Eagles that can be seen pretty often too! We offer wooded and mowed hiking trails around the property. Fire rings for your site and even scrap wood that can be used during your stay.

The property is located in the quiet hills in New York's Finger Lakes Region. Just 20 minutes from Keuka Lake and 25 to all the shopping and dining experiences that you could ever want in downtown Corning along with hundreds of NYS breweries and wineries to enjoy during the day. Return to the hill for a quiet campfire in the evening. Their are several nearby rivers and lakes to canoe or kayak, hiking trails all over the region and even in our own backyard! We hope to see you soon!

This place was amazing! You have lots of choices of campsites and I chose one closer to the creek for my dogs to play in. They had a blast. Seriously happy pups and was a pleasure to have them off leash and able to get in touch with their wild side. There are no major roads nearby and lots of land for them to roam safely. The site was awesome with an awesome view. I can’t express how peaceful it was to get away to Beautiful and Quiet. Just what I needed after finals 🙌 Also, Jennifer and her husband were amazing hosts that went beyond what was implied in the advertisement. Really nice people and responded quickly to any inquiries before and during my stay. I will definitely be going back and recommend this to campers who want something quiet, off the beaten path and away from civilization. When I was driving the last 8 miles I was thinking “I found the right place” Haha

I cannot say enough good things about this site and hosts. Jen was great to communicate and meet. She gave us a choice of several sites on her property. We chose a high spot with great views. She and her husband were very personable and pleasant. We were able to hike on any part of their 122 acres. We made use of logging trails in the wooded area, walked the rows at the property boundary beside the neighbors cornfields, trails along a pipeline, a few long unpaved country roads. We were able to prepare all our meals at the campsite and had great views of sunrise and sunset. Jen provided a fire ring and invited us to use the wood pile at her house. The biggest surprise was the view of the night sky - away from any city lights, we enjoyed the dark skies and was able to view the Milky Way - we had nice breezes through our small camper and great sleep to the sound of rustling leaves in the trees behind us. I definitely want to experience this site in each season.

We were passing through the area and booked this at the very last minute. Jennifer was totally responsive and great to deal with. The land is lovely - a bunch of big fields. As the listing says, they have room for a lot of campers, and there happened to be one other there when we arrived in the primo spot overlooking a ridge, and we didn't want to fuzz their buzz by camping right next to them so we ended up elsewhere on the land, without as great of a view. So I would just say if you're looking to camp alone, check with Jennifer first to see if anyone else is there. Overall a fine place to spend the night!

Jennifer was lovely! We were able to have hours worth of fire from their wood pile and the sites on the hill were perfect for just relaxing. Definitely recommend -- and we may be back. :)

We had a fantastic time in Jennifer's land. She welcomed us, gave us a quick tour of her property, and provided plenty of firewood. Beautiful views and mowed hiking trails around the property. I'd love to come back.
