Cayagua Lake-front home with private dock for swimming and boating, with a boat launch at Taughannock Falls State Park one minute away.  Large wooded yard for tents, or driveway space for RV or camper trailer (we cannot get vehicles into the lakefront yard) both have electricity; bathrooms with showers are accessible in the house, and you are welcome to use the kitchen and laundry. Outdoor deck with gas grill can be used for cooking, dining, or relaxing. Drinking water is available, and an outdoor hose can supply a modest water hookup to an RV or camper.

Children are welcome, and we are dog and cat-friendly for well-behaved pets.  We have 3 indoor cats and a dog, so please be mindful of any severe allergy considerations if you plan to use our indoor facilities.

At 40 miles long, 3 miles wide, and 435 feet deep, Cayuga Lake offers great boating, sailing, canoeing, kayaking, water skiing, swimming, and wind surfing, among other activities.  It's also a great place to hike around, bird watch, or star gaze on a clear night - which may be one reason it was also home to The Twilight Zone's Rod Serling (spooky) and Cosmos' Carl Sagan (mind-blowing).

Home also to Cornell University and dozens of small colleges, the Finger Lakes region is also a popular tourist destination, famous for its 100+ wineries, year-round outdoor activities, fine restaurants and spas, and arts and entertainment options.

This is a great site for walk in tent camping with a private dock and lake access. Trevor was a superb host. Camper van camping and parking lot is 25 ft from the highway so can be loud. Best option for this site is tent camping.
