We have an 18' teepee equipped with a queen size air mattress, bedding, lights, coffee/tea maker, a power strip to charge electronics and serenity!  Bring your own bedding if you prefer, however it is provided.  The Teepee can easily accommodate another queen size air mattress and/or 2 twin. (Sleeps 6, but you would need to supply other air mattresses) The Teepee has a private fire ring and we have a common fire ring closer to the main house. Portable bathroom is provided and a portable hand shower if so desired. There is a small running stream on the farm as well as a slew of farm animals. We are home to 19 pigs, 2 horses, 2 llamas, 2 cows, 2 goats and many feathered friends.  All animals are friendly and you are welcome to interact when accompanied; we do offer farm tours. We also have fresh eggs for sale from our own free range chickens. The teepee is on a back corner of the property but is adjacent to pens where animals reside; so yes there will be noise! Family's are always welcome!  On nice nights we have been known to project a movie on the side of the barn under the stars; the star gazing is amazing where we are. All Hipcamp proceeds will be used to support the animals in our care.   Upon arrival there is a sign and driveway next to the garage where you will enter to park!

What an amazing time we had! Amy and Mike (and family) were amazing hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and gave us just the right amount of interaction. The animals were so well taken care of, and we really enjoyed hearing the stories of their rescues. The photos posted here don't do this place justice! The creek running along the property is a great place to cool off and explore! The teepee was set up so beautifully, and the camp area was just perfect. My kids are already talking about when we will be going back!

The teepee and picnic bench area. Right next to the barn, zero animal smells!Cute camper for the animals to hang out in!Jefe' is the sweetest turkey! The creek along the campsite

Amy and Mike were wonderful hosts! We enjoyed the tour, and learning all about the animals. Our children loved feeding the animals, and felt they were right at home with their new friends. We would highly recommend this camp site for those who love camping and are nature lovers for sure! This was a wonderful way to wake up on a sunny summer morning!

Was just as wonderful as we had hoped! Amy was so nice and accommodating! Hearing the back stories of the animals and seeing the happy lives they get to now have, all because of Amy & Mike, really made it feel that more special. And nothing beats waking up and seeing excited Cookie & Abraham (🐽), along with the rest of them, if you make your rounds (you should, it’s therapeutic).

A trip well worth making and one we surely intend to make again!

Amy was an amazing host! We had a wonderful time exploring the creek and meeting all of the animals. She is truly so passionate about the animals under her care and it was so wonderful hearing about all of their stories! We’d come back in a heartbeat!
