Stay in our comfortable, cozy cabins or pitch your tent somewhere on our 40 acres.  Take a walk in the state land adjoining our property and explore wildlife.  There is a "beaver" pond nearby and the Black River is not too far away.  If you love the outdoors, I'm sure there's something you'll find intriguing here.

The cabins at Russ's land were great! His property manager Keith gave us a great walk around tour of the property and had our cabin ready for us at arrival. The cabin was warm, had everything we needed to make dinner and has a full bath inside, which is great for the winter months. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyway passing through on the trails or are just looking for a warm place to stay.

The marsh and pond. A marsh and pond on the property. Great spot to watch sunrise. The group of cabins from the bottom of the hill. The cabins have direct access to the web of snowmobile trails that can bring you anywhere in Upstate New York in the winter. You can also use the accessible ATV trails in the summer.
