What a great place to stay! We arrived in the dark, and woke up to a gorgeous view of meadows and distant hills. The tent and dining set up were well appointed. Bonnie left us a melon and there was a bouquet of wildflowers on the table, as well as iced water with lemon, and coffee with a French press, for the morning. We loved the whole experience and definitely recommend it!
Perfect setting on a beautiful working farm- Bonnie gave great details on the location of the tent and was prompt to reach out to me even though I booked this location only 24 hours before our stay. The tent had all the listed appointments, plus a few extra touches that just made the stay even better. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the tent very relaxing. The bathroom- both shower and toilet are an added bonus to the whole thing! I would recommend this farm and tent for couples, families, or someone just passing through, looking for a relaxed spot for an evening or even a few days.
Great family camping vacation
We had a fun 5 night stay at site 2 (the field). The scenery was picturesque, the site quiet and remote, and we made good use of the tent, picnic table, fire pit. Bonnie was helpful anytime we needed it, providing us with more water and wood. A welcome melon and lemon water were also left for us. The toilet was as good as a camping toilet could be. We were there during a major storm (it rained hard for almost 24 hours) and there was some humidity in the tent - but everything dried up nicely the next day. The 3 local cows came to visit a few times (staying on their side of the fence) and we were not bothered by any mosquitos or other insects. The area is great with lakes to swim in and farms to visit - some nice locals breweries too. We would recommend this to anyone - especially families like ours (4 people, two kids 8 and 10 - we all slept comfortably in the queen bunk bed)
Best glamping experience ever
The best glamping experience I have ever had (and I've done 15+ trips). If youre thinking if you should book this place - just do it. The host has thought of every little thing you could ever need (matches, logs, water, soap) and made it such an incredible experience for us. The site is so freaking beautiful and the perfect amount of isolation. Thank you Bonnie!
