Mariaville Goat Farm Yurt

Booked this place last minute and didn’t expect to spend one of the best nights of my life here! Rick was an extremely warm and welcoming host from the moment we drove onto the farm property. Although it was one of the coldest nights and snow thickly covered the ground, Rick made sure that we were warm with a fire stove and a heater. The yurt was beautifully decorated and filled with thoughtful touches. We woke up to hot biscuits and baby goats. Rick encouraged us to interact with the beautiful animals onsite, and we made sure to do so before leaving. We’ll be back very soon! Me and my husband went there expecting to relax, what we found was the closet to Narnia!
Completely magical. Rick and Ed made us feel right at home immediately. The yurt is absolutely beautiful. Pack light, they’ve thought of everything, and Rick and his trusty side kick Rosie were always available to help!
If you love animals and looking for a one of a kind experiences, this is the place for you.. I mean how often can someone say you went hiking with 23 goats! And boy are those goats adorable.
Lamby the lamb is one of a kind, and watch out for Abigiel(s) the farms “hard muscle” 🤣

The goat yurt was a very relaxing and magical experience. We had such a fun time petting all the sweet animals on the farm. Ed and Rick provided us with unprecedented hospitality. We woke up to a wonderfully prepared picnic basket full of breakfast materials. They even provided us with fire pit and s'mores supplies. We highly recommend this unique getaway! - Lauren and Dyllan

This place is a piece of heaven! beautiful Yurd carefully designed and decorated, you can feel the vibes of joy & love in every single corner of the Yurd. It was very warm and welcoming, snacks were available and plenty, Ed was very friendly & helpful, we felt so safe being there, we were allowed to meet & greet the most adorable farm animals! it was a blast for us, we will definitely come back!
