We are open! Ask about our Organic apples in the fall and pasture raised heritage meats and eggs available all year round. Visit majesticfarm .com online for detail and check us out on instagram @ majesticfarmheritage to get a sense of the property.

Majestic Farm is a safe place. We welcome all members of the community, and emphasize that we are safe space for BIPOC and for members of the LGBTQI community. All people are beautiful.

Be sure to message us if you would like to purchase firewood ($10 for one night), eggs (fresh farm eggs $6), meats or apples (listed on our website- majesticfarm . com), or rent our tandem bicycle ($15 day). You can message, we will leave your items for contact free pick-up and you can pay cash or venmo us later.

The site is a rustic Tiny house located in the forest at the edge of an organic apple orchard.  Very private location on 30 acres at the end of a dead end road.

You'll hike along the orchard to the end and through a gate to access the house. Full size bed inside, also a tent that can be set up or bring your own tent/cots/bedding to accommodate more then two sleepers. There is no running water, no electricity, no heat and no WiFi at the tiny house site. About a 2 minute walk (you'll pass on your way to the site) there is a very remote and private shared outdoor shower, outhouse, wash sink with potable water and spot you can plug in to charge near the farm house. This is an active farm - so you can enjoy spending time among the orchard trees and observing the chickens and pigs. Please bring bedding and towels (if you require them - let us know).

This is a very woodsy site. It is not a hotel or sterile feel. It is out in nature, there are sticks, rocks, leaves, bugs, rain, mud, and all of the camp type things - often even inside your rental space. We have a little squirrel that has been seen visiting in the tiny house. The outhouse is an outhouse - so it is not like a hotel room bathroom. You will experience sounds, sites and happenings including animals such as  deer, bald eagles, turtles, porcupines, beavers, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs, toads, snakes and more. This area does also have bears & coyotes. We advise not to leave food out at night. We recommend bug spray or candles as there are many flies and other insects that enjoy buzzing around. As we are an active farm you will likely hear rooster crow, a tractor hum, geese and ducks and pigs as you explore the property. Sometimes during the day we do run the tractor to mow or spray the orchard (organic actually involves lots of SAFE spraying of clay, nee and natural products to protect the apples). You should expect a rustic, woody, campsite type feel - not a typical air b n b type rental apartment.

Please carry out what you carry in and leave it clean for the next group. We clean between all visitors - and are currently keeping quite a distance to protect you, the site and everybody involved.

The property is a 5 minute drive to the hamlet of Mountaindale, @ visitmountaindale, which has a lovely Rail Trail for hikes and bikes, and some excellent dining options including @ highvoltagecatskills, a cafe bar that serves delicious modern Polish American comfort food, great cocktails, @ Baandme, A Vietnamese Restaurant, @ thedaleNY a pizza restaurant and bar ran by Wayside Cider.

For shopping you can also stop by @ forageandgather - they have foods, meats, goumet deli and cofee 6 days a week (closed Mondays) and a little wine and spirits shop. Also stop by @ ambikaboutique and get some hand crochet bikinis or angora hats and vintage clothing. Check out a full herbal apothecary @ witcheyhandmade, and @ yinspiritualcenter along with a few local art galleries, a coffee shop and so much more!

There is excellent hiking nearby at Neversink Unique Area in Rock Hill. Also Bashakill trails (and conveniently a vineyard with tastings and events right nearby). Your'e also about 30 minutes away from super cute fun larger towns and attractions like New Paltz, Livingston Manor, and tons of incredible Catskill hiking and nature opportunities. There's an excellent Farmers Market on Saturday's in Rock Hill from 10-1pm from June to September also. Come find us there!

As always - if you have any questions, issues, concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out - we are here to help!

Majestic's place was brilliant, great value and great location. The tiny house was exactly as described. Easy to access by reading the listing and "Majestic" (Sara and Brett) provided further detail on how to park, walk in and all the accommodations. It was completely remote - didn't see any other people (although there appeared to be another set of campers well across the property). Serene surroundings, beautiful peepers, owls and night sounds, close to a cute town with a sweet bike shop. Perfect camping like getaway! Would definitely come back again.

We had such a wonderful time at Majestic Farms! We stayed in one of the tiny houses, which was ideal for anyone who loves glamping — the comfort of staying in a little cabin, having a cozy outside fire, and being in the woods with privacy and nature. Stunning views between the river and farm itself (the most gorgeous sunrise over the apple orchard). Perfect for animal lovers — The farm is so charming with the dogs, chickens, geese, ducks, pigs and then the occasional wildlife of nearby frogs and rabbits. The host family is extraordinary — so kind, thoughtful, and wonderful people. They made us feel so welcome all while giving us space to be as private/secluded as we’d like. Also, their products are amazing. Hands down, the best bacon I’ve ever had, so pack a cooler to bring home some yummy treats from the farm! Would recommend and would visit again :)

This site and the hosts exceeded our expectation in every way. The tiny house is very thoughtfully designed, as is in the bathhouse. When our car was stuck in mud, the host also came to our rescue with a tractor within 5 minutes. The wash up sink was also very helpful, and the produce from the farm was very fresh. We can’t wait to visit during Apple picking season!

The cabin in the woods is a pefect camping experience.
The site is nice and private at the edge of a beautiful orchard.
The tiny cabin is so cute and cozy but rustic.
There's a big fire pit with a big grate to put on top that was very convenient for fire cooking.
There is enough room to add a tent on site which we put up to enjoy both tge cabin and a tent experience with our kids.
The toilet and sink are great to have and the outdoors shower is amazing. Hot water and nice private location.
Our kids (including a toddler) had a great time exploring the farm- running in the orchard, playing with the farm animals and climbing the many boulders around.
All in all a great experience. 5 star camping!
We will be back!

We stayed in the Tiny House. It’s located on the property right above a lake with endless wildlife humming and chirping all through the night. The tiny house it’s self is a small cabin with an amazingly comfortable loft bed that left us dreaming great. The site is incredibly quite and private and surrounded by beautiful trees and wilderness everywhere. 100/100 for this place. If your looking for a chill night in a super funky cabin, book this place before someone else does!

The tiny house is perfect! Even better than we expected! The house was comfortable, beautiful, and clean! The surrounding campsite was secluded and private and our hosts were so nice! Plus the apple orchards and the surrounding farm made for a number of beautiful walks. There is a lovely firepit and a grate for cooking too! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Majestic Tiny House! It was the perfect balance of privacy and convenience (toilet, potable water, lovely outdoor shower, 90 min - 2 hrs from NYC). The tiny house was cute, and thoughtfully appointed (games, books, candles), and there was plenty of wood on the site to keep the fire going without any wood rationing. Our 3.5 year old daughter had the best time and wanted to move in permanently. This was the perfect socially distanced getaway for our first time out of the city since the lockdown. We would return!

We loved the farm and orchard. Very sweet family and hosts was very accessible and communicative. They have friendly pups and it was awesome to be able to let our dogs explore the farm and woods off leash. Outdoor shower was so lovely. Little cottage was just what we needed and even came with a few games, extra pillows/bedding, and a few odds and ends. And mattress was indeed super comfortable! It was definitely a little hot and buggy in July but that comes with the territory :)

Cute town just 5 minutes away with nice restaurant/bar options. Lots of hikes and rivers within 20-30 minute drive in most directions.

My friend and I just spent a few days at the Majestic Farm Orchard Tiny House it was great! I loved that the Tiny House was super private but very easy to get to, and it was comfortable and great for hanging out in at night (nothing like drinking wine and playing Uno in the woods!). The fire pit was awesome and had a a grate for cooking and also a big cooler to keep your stuff out of the reach of little critters. The farm is lovely, the area is beautiful, and Brett and Sara are great hosts!
