Bought this place 13 yrs ago it was nothing but bare land. I've cleared out an area to camp, play, and enjoy the world. Find this as a good chance to share the outdoors with new ppl... Learn more about this land: The feeling of peace is about 1/2 mile off the road. Pulling into Apple Cove you'll see we've cleared areas for tents and small van style RVs. There is an individual fire pit for each camper, a small rock bottom creek runs through the 15 acres for a nice, relaxing view of the woods. The kids and I set up a swing set, and a spot by the creek to play and splash. Now, New York is a 420 friendly state. Enjoy yourself but please be respectful of others Minutes away from Stony Brook Creek, Letchworth State Park, Silver Lake, Silver Springs MX track , Walmart, Tim Hortons, wiscoy falls, multiple restaurants, and stores. Recycling is encouraged, camping is at your own risk and discretion for spot location. Military members showing id at check in receive $5 cash back or free small bundle of wood. Apple Cove

I drove up for the eclipse in a group of 9, and we had an amazing time! James is an amazing host, he's quick to respond, tentative to the campsite, and a delight to talk to. Apple Cove is a beautiful place, the wildlife is diverse, the campsites are well set up, and I'm excited to return someday. They have extra camping supplies to rent or buy if you forget something. He also has a couple of telescopes which people are welcome to borrow, and the sky there is dark so there are a ton of stars. Would recommend!

Legacy cabin

This cabin was nice and new! Has 2 nice single size cota. The land is beautiful with lots of apple trees, newly planted trees and lots of wildlife. The fall foliage this time of year was a site to see. Lots of trails to walk and see the property. 15 minutes from Letchworth State Park Host was attentive with answering questions.

Apple Cove

Great spot right near Letchworth

Great secluded camping right next to Letchworth State Park, perfect for an autumn camping trip. Fields were well maintained for setting up our campsite and the trees around the location were beautiful. Nice and quiet, too. Restroom facilities were clean and firewood was available, no complaints from anybody in our group! Definitely want to come back someday.
