The photos posted of Apple Cove absolutely do not do it justice - this place is amazing!! The campsite is surrounded by tons of apple trees and berry bushes, making the whole site smell like fresh apples and fruit. Being tucked back off the road, everything is private and allows it to be dark enough at night to see THOUSANDS of stars. You will fall asleep to the sounds of owls and coyotes, which makes this place feel like you are in the middle of the woods - yet, you are only 15 minutes from multiple little towns and Letchworth State Park.

As if all of this isn't enough, James and his family are incredibly welcoming and hospitable. Really awesome people who have a great property. We are definitely planning on staying here again!!

James and his crew at Apple Cove are so attentive, kind, helpful, and genuinely great. They will do everything possible to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. My group (consisting of three moms and five kids) felt incredibly safe and supported, in spite of our late-night arrival. They also joined us for breakfast in the morning, and James' kiddos kept our kids busy in the play area. Wish we could have explored a bit more.

The camping area was very well manicured, flat, and comfortable for camping. The apple trees along the drive in were a great welcome to the property. There were other areas of the property that will benefit from some additional work, but they didn't impact our experience at all.

You'll love your stay at Apple Cove. We'd love to stop by again next time we try a trip to Letchworth!

We had an amazing time! The views are absolutely gorgeous! The kids really enjoyed swimming in the pond, catching frogs and we all liked walking the trails. The park is perfect for all the kids too. Love the fires and the atmosphere. This place is absolutely perfect for a time in the woods to bond and relax with tons to do and explore! Thanks so much for having us! Cant wait to go back!

Took the RC trucks to the nearby Creek for some off-road fun. Field next to the site!

James and his twin sons were excellent hosts, I was not expecting such great service. They gave us a tour of all the camp sites we could use and helped us get our bearings, then checked on us once once or twice to make sure we had everything we needed. Their site is private and secluded, but they have a nice base camp set up with an outhouse and sink and such. There are many great and forested spots to choose from here, and professional hospitality. We only stayed for one night but I wish we could've done more.

We had a very private cove site with our own fire pit. We had a great time as did our 6 year old with many other kids to play with. We will definitely be going back!! Very happy with our stay!

Best campground in the area. James is super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Nice to have an outhouse with a sink to wash hands and dishes. Lots of firewood available and all around a great camp site. Will definitely be back

We had the best stay at Apple cove! James (and his sons) were very helpful and accommodating. As soon as we arrive they gave us a full tour of the property and let us pick whichever site we wanted. The campsite is beautiful and felt very private and secluded. The location is great as well! We spent the morning hiking in Letchworth state park and only had to drive about 15 minutes to get there. We hope to stay again in the future!

This was our second time using hipcamp and James definitely raised the bar! He and his sons were so welcoming and attentive and I never would’ve guessed it was only their second year open. Extremely professional and the sites are well taken care of! They all seemed pretty private and there was plenty of land to explore. Plus, you can eat the apples, berries and green beans on the land. Also, the location was excellent for easy access to letchworth and we were even close enough to take a day trip to Buffalo when Mother Nature thwarted our plans. Overall a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!
