We have two storage cabins. The larger cabin has everything you need for grilling. We have plates, utensils, and a small ice fridge (bring your own ice) to store your food. You will find life vests and paddles for the kayaks. The second 'shed' is for changing. A porta-potty is available from May through September. We have a large sink to wash all dishes. Simply bring your tent or RV and enjoy the lake. The entrance to the property has a flat grassy area (30X10) perfect for your RV or to pop up your tent. You are welcome to bring your own boat to dock. The property is in a small residential area with very little traffic.
Honeoye is a great fishing lake. Bring your poles and catch your dinner. You can get a NY licence at the several locations in Honeoye or at Naples Town Hall.
Do you love the outdoors? Mountain biking and hiking are really great at Ontario County Park (8 miles) and Harriot Hollister Park (5 miles). Honeoye Lake is perfect for road bikers since it offers rolling terrain the entire way around the lake. Honeoye is a small hamlet with two restaurants and grocery store. Naples is 15 miles away and offers shopping, antiques, wineries, farmers markets, and excellent places to eat organic, farm to table dinners.

This campsite was amazing! It is a rather small property that is best for small groups of campers, but the location is fantastic. The deck overlooks Lake Honeoye, walk down the steps to find a small stony beach complete with a fire ring, dock, and canoe! Everything was well maintained and the storage shed was well stocked with life vests, paddles, cook ware, etc. Annie stopped by to check in with me and was a wonderful host. It's pretty much the perfect little lakeside camping getaway!
We loved camping here! Annie provided easy check-in and -out and great communication. The lake was serene and beautiful. If you have a smaller car, be careful pulling in--we were surprised by some hidden stumps to the left of the campsite entrance.
We had a great stay at Honeoye Lake! We were just passing through while on a road trip, so we elected to car camp. The lake view is simply gorgeous. We didn't use many of the amenities (fire pit, grill and cooking stuff, boats, etc.), but we appreciated that they were available! There are neighbors on both sides, so it isn't a traditional camping experience--more like a lake front vacation spot that won't break the bank! Annie was very helpful and we would absolutely stay there again. We also enjoyed the Mill Creek Cafe in town. :) Thanks, Annie & Hipcamp!
NIce, place, but not exactly camping. You are right in between two houses. Water shoes are necessary as there are lots of zebra mussels. Sink and bathroom situation could be made nicer.
This is a beautiful spot on Honeoye Lake. It's small, but for those looking for a quick getaway with water front access, its perfect. We went in the water, went fishing, took the canoe out on the water, and had a wonderful fire right by the water. The site included other amenities we could have used such as a gas grill. There are no structures so you have to tent camp and the yard was smaller than expected and in close proximity to neighbors. Overall, I certainly recommend camping here.
This site was exactly as described. There is a nice area to park, and you can pitch your tent to overlook the water! The kayaks were great to have on site, and Annie's shed is full of everything, and I do mean everything anyone could need! My daughter and I always pack WAY more than we need, so we didn't have to use any of Annie's supplies, but it is comforting to know the next time we come back, I don't have to worry so much about forgetting something (bug spray, water shoes, salt & pepper, lifejackets, etc, you name it, it's in there!). Annie was also effortless to communicate with. This will definitely be one of our regular spots!
The site was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for. Annie made everything effortless and even sent us a very sweet message halfway through our stay to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and didn't need anything. We will absolutely be going back!
Such a treat to stay right on the water. Our family of 5 (kids 10, 8, 4) stayed in our pop-up camper at the top of the site. We enjoyed fishing on the dock, a little swimming and kayaking, and having a fire at night.
