Andy and Nancys property was spacious, private, and beautiful - we stayed at site #1 and it was perfectly cleared and level for our tent, had a well-placed fire pit, and was tucked away in the woods next to a stream. There was plenty to explore and despite the rain we had an amazing experience. We are definitely coming back at least once more this summer for a weekend.

The property is located in a beautiful valley with a babbling brook running through the middle of it, with abundant wildlife and scenery, rustic and secluded campsites spread throughout 90 very hilly and wooded acres. Perfect for hiking and tent camping. If you are looking to glamp in your giant 5th wheels with full hookups this is not the place for you, but if you want to get in some real camping, the kind where you can gather all the firewood you need within 50 feet of whatever secluded beautiful spot you choose, or when you turn out the lights and dark is DARK, this is the place for you. The property owners are very friendly and accommodating, say you get stuck, or need to borrow a tool, they are there for you. Highly recommended for real campers.

Pitch your tent next to the babbling brook, and let it whisper you to sleep

Our stay was incredible. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The site was perfect, private and safe. We will definitely stay here again, soon. This campsite is a hidden gem! A breathtaking stream right along our site. Seemingly endless hiking trails, and more! We cant wait for round two!

Andrew is a very conscientious host. He met us upon entering and checked on us as well. He provided firewood, nice slow burning wood. Our site was leveled, cleaned up and ready for us.. We left the site in better shape as is hipcamps motto. A picnic table would have been a great addition., however we were prepared. Andrew has already ordered tables.

fire pit on left and our lit up tent right..peaceFire piyon left , our tent light up on right

Andy and Nancy are two incredibly nice people. Their property is beautiful. The campsites are private and spacious with areas of shade and open skies. Get a good workout in hiking the trails and head over to the babbling brook to cool off. Make your way back to your site and kick your feet up by the fire with your favorite beverage. This is REAL camping and it went by way too quick. We will without question be back.

Andy and Nancy were incredible hosts. Over the weekend we were the only people staying on their property and it was the most private camping experience we have ever had. The sites are nestled in the woods on an absolutely beautiful stream. Andy gave us very clear directions and we had no problem finding a spot. He even drops off firewood at your camp each day/night, all of which is taken from the property and was perfectly dry for us. As far as hiking goes we barely scratched the surface and we spent both days exploring the property. We 100% will be returning. I’ve never felt so far away in the woods while being so close to home. An easy 40 minutes from our buffalo home but it really feels like you’re in the middle of the nowhere in the best way possible. Andy is an incredibly interesting person who cares deeply for the environment and leaving a small a carbon footprint. Definitely take a second to talk to him about the evolution of the property, and the activities they do throughout the year. He has created an outdoor paradise that anyone could fall in love with. Andy even had a jumper pack when we killed our car battery. (THANK YOU!!!) This spot shouldn’t be passed up, it’ll be everything you want in a camping experience and more. We couldn’t be happier with the weekend we had..10/10 would recommend.

Share Our Forest retreat was a secluded and tranquil space to camp by a tinkling stream. We were so pleasantly surprised by the water and the well kept site, perfect and flat for tent camping. Andy kindly left us firewood and was very helpful in giving us directions and help driving in to the sites. It can be muddy or treacherous after rain so make sure to communicate with your host about best options for getting to the sites. The waterfalls up the hill are definitely worth it!

Share our forest retreat. So refreshing! Share our forest retreat.Private stream all to yourselves.
