Eagles' Orchard
This was exactly what we were hoping for. Absolutely perfect. Very peaceful, secluded, right next to nature preserve. We walked down to two different look outs (just beautiful), went on a five mile bike ride that I was definitely not in shape for . . lol. It was just an all around amazing weekend. Thank you so much Rich . . We will definitely be back!!

Eagles' Orchard
Eagles Orchard was an interesting property to say the least. First of all, it directly borders Iroquois National Wildlife Reserve, seriously, the refuge begins at the end of the property lines and it is awesome. When I arrived I was a little worried that I wasn't in the right place, there was out house out front that has seen some better days with no trespassing and don't tread on me signage that was a bit intimidating for being by myself on this trip. But, after double checking the address, I went around back and the site was actually quite nice. The house shields the property from the road so while it does feel like camping in a back yard, it also feels very private. There is plenty of space for both tent and RV campers as well as plenty of fire wood on the site. Across the road, there is an expansive field perfect for spotting some wildlife or stargazing at night. There was also an awesome overlook/fishing spot on the wildlife refugee with easy car access less than a half mile down the road. All in all this was a neat camping spot that I would definitely come back to and would definitely recommend.

This was a great place to camp! Easily accessible from the highway yet we felt completely isolated. There is a nice fishing spot within walking distance and what a view! We look forward to staying here again.
