We bought over 50 acres of land to turn into an eco resort. Have not had time to build the resort yet, but we did build the website! Visit Bruebayou.com to see the land. Again no business started yet. The land is made up of three mountains and is on the Allegheny river. It would be nice to have 4X4, that way you can access all 50 acres. But any car can make it to the camp or very close to the camp. The School bus is converted into a very rustic camper. There are two cots there, pretty nice ones. Wood stove that heats it, we stay there in winter. You have to keep the fire stoked all night but it can stay decently warm inside for sleeping in winter. If you like rivers there is the Allegheny river on the land. Its great for kayaks and canoes. Mountain biking would be cool here. There are many hills and the trails are used for ATVs so there are trails. The vibe you get is being in the middle of nowhere. Lot of mountains and the river. Many different places to set up tents or hike to. I would recommend setting up base camp near the bus or the river.

We had a really difficult time finding this property. The directions were unclear and the GPS wasn’t helpful. After driving around for a good bit we got lucky and found a neighbor who was able to direct us to the site. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the site was already occupied. The campers were nice enough to let us snap a few photos but told us that they had spent a good bit of time cleaning it up and that it was really dirty when they arrived. (There was trash and glass bottles in random places. There was also an old jet ski on the property that was filled with standing water and lots of other random junk.

We were never able to get in touch with the host.

In addition to the above we would not recommend trying to access this property during or after rainy weather as the dirt road was already full of ruts. Turning into the driveway, the first ten feet was solid water. We were not able to pull off the road into the property in our vehicle and the road had no shoulder to park on the side.
It’s possible that this site could be cool in the future but in our opinion, it needs a bit of work before we send other campers out there.

It's hard to notice this bus on the way up because it's situated on a back handed turn on the left. The bus/camper.It was very overgrown when we visited. Please watch where you step because there are lots of glass bottles. On your way up to the site, look for this gat and pole - then veer left.
