Bridgeview Harbour Marina is a family owned and operated full service marina on the Adirondack shore of Lake Champlain Established in 2020 the Marina provides seasonal and overnight slips and moorings to boaters, fisherman, and lake-goers in addition to camping and an on-site cafe. Marina services are available May thru October each year, with other events and services available throughout the year. The marina is set on 33 acres along Lake Champlain and hosts ~4150 feet of lake-frontage. Prior to becoming a marina in 1989, the property was home to a very large Iron Foundry, rail yard, and barge-loading operation known as Cedar Point. Cedar point, part of the larger Witherbee-Sherman Mining Company, operated in the late 19th and early 20th centuries smelting iron ore to be shipped throughout the world via the Lake Champlain Canal and Hudson River, and is credited with providing iron to some of America's leading projects at the time. Some remains of the sites industrious past can be observed throughout the property. North Bay
The gentlemen who helped us were very kind and endearing. That said, the site was not at all what we had expected. Our spot that we had paid $60 for the night for was still in use by someone else, who had left their camper locked and were nowhere to be found. So we were offered to stay out in the middle of the open on a grassy null along the windy waterfront. In our tent. It was going to be cold and windy, so we opted to just pay for a room at a hotel for the night. No offer to refund us the $60, etc. And although he was a nice gentleman, it was pretty clear this was an inconvenience to him. Pretty bummed out about this, as our experiences with Hipcamps thus far had been great.

Great site with a view!
What a beautiful view! We had the lone site that had full hook ups. Great sites and great owners. They do a great job with maintaining the site. Would highly recommend.

Lakeside Camping in the Adirondacks
This is a great location with beautiful views. The folks on-site are SO friendly and welcoming. Be sure to stop in and say hi to Deyo and Randy at the Dockside Cafe! There are only a couple of things to be aware of as an RV traveler - 1) the site is on fine gravel, making getting exactly level a bit of a challenge due to the shifting (my leveling block was mostly buried by the time we left and had to dig it out of the ground). 2) the sewage is at a bit of an incline making a gravity dump a bit of a challenge.

Great spot :)
Beautiful view, quiet at night, very clean showers and bathrooms 👌 the owner is very nice. We had a lot of rain while we were there and the man from the cafe was rude to us while we obviously needed help. A bit loud during the day because of trucks ant work. Otherwise a great spot ! 🥰
