Hello Glampers, Welcome to the Vida Bonita camping experience. Our beautiful property offers 1600 acres of undisturbed land with approximately 2 miles of the Mora River on it. Your weekend will be jet packed with many outdoor opportunities including splashing in the river, bicycling, an animal petting farm, star gazing, exploring old ruins dating back to the 1900’s and so much more. This one of a kind experience will allow you to unplug from the busy world today. It is a very remote area with no cellphone service or wifi. The closest town is Las Vegas, New Mexico which is approximately a 40 drive from Vida Bonita. You will want to make certain you have all necessities needed for your trip beforehand this including food and gas. If you forget an item often used for camping, check with the Vida Bonita staff as they will offer a limited supply of charcoal, water, wood, first aid, etc. available for purchase. Sunset Safari Tent

Memories Galore!

This was a very cool experience for my family, we arrived to a really pretty camping site, water set up for drinking, hand washing, gravity shower and we had other personal touches in the tent. My bed was very comfortable! She had chairs for us and an extra table with the picnic table. The kids got a kick out of the tent, it's so beautiful, and they loved the 1 wk old twin baby goats. WE SAW A UFO. we all saw something anyway... my boys gained some confidence when they made it through some of the hikes, which is the coolest part. There are amazing hikes and views from this campsite! And even more as you ride around atvs or jeep! We saw lots of wildlife. Erica is a perfect host, she and her husband are so cool, we want to go back and can't wait to see what is to come out there.
