Camp on a City Farm
My partner and I needed a campsite for a night on our way west from Texas. I needed to book the day before we needed lodging, and Danielle’s place for our budget and needs perfectly (we were looking for a farm to check out). Danielle welcomed us into her home even though we arrived late in the evening. The bathroom and kitchen were clearly labeled as shared spaces, and she shared fresh eggs with us from the hens in the back. She has hosted people from all over the world and is clearly passionate and expert about it. We got to check out the ducks, rabbits and chickens before leaving in the morning, and I was able to use the fast WiFi to book the next night’s campsite.
She is also an Airbnb host - if you get a chance to book that room, you will be in heaven! There is an extremely comfortable bed in there as well as a loft, a space heater and skylights, the decor is lovely and she has done wonders with a small amount of floor space and high ceilings.
So glad we were able to stay here for a night!

Tent in a Green Oasis
What a cute site. There is an arts shop there and it is beautiful being on the Arkansas River. Very much enjoyed.

SO AMAZING! The site was beautiful and Karen was unbelievably nice and accommodating. Everyone who has a chance to stay here should stay here! Especially if you like cute bunnies, lush gardens, fresh eggs for breakfast, and access to all of Albuquerque! :)

Tent in a Green Oasis
What a wonderful place! It’s a house with some rooms rented to guests and a large tent in the yard. We were greeted warmly and there are lots of rabbits and chickens etc, being raised in large runs in the yard. You can interact with the baby rabbits if that’s your thing. The shower has a soft water mechanism and is one of the greatest showers I’ve ever taken. The pressure is incredible and the water is hot. The host also served us a delicious breakfast (huevos rancheros with New Mexican chili sauce, coffee, etc). I highly recommend this spot. It is a tent, so be prepared if you don’t like tents. The tent had comfy beds and is decorated nicely inside. There is bathroom access in the house. The host was involved in the center for non violent communication and the whole place has a peaceful vibe. Five stars!
