Danielle was very generous and hospitable. The dutch hen farm was peaceful and easily accessible by bus and foot. I pitched my tent behind the house in a fenced backyard next to a garden and her chickens and rabbits. She also has a tent available for those without their own. I will definitely stay with her again the next time I am in Albequerque.

Great host and great place to camp would of loved being there during the day to see the chickens and rabbits but I was there at night. Easy place to set up your tent with a yard light that’s available. There is a very clean bathroom and shower to use. I would definitely stay here again.

My partner and I needed a campsite for a night on our way west from Texas. I needed to book the day before we needed lodging, and Danielle’s place for our budget and needs perfectly (we were looking for a farm to check out). Danielle welcomed us into her home even though we arrived late in the evening. The bathroom and kitchen were clearly labeled as shared spaces, and she shared fresh eggs with us from the hens in the back. She has hosted people from all over the world and is clearly passionate and expert about it. We got to check out the ducks, rabbits and chickens before leaving in the morning, and I was able to use the fast WiFi to book the next night’s campsite.

She is also an Airbnb host - if you get a chance to book that room, you will be in heaven! There is an extremely comfortable bed in there as well as a loft, a space heater and skylights, the decor is lovely and she has done wonders with a small amount of floor space and high ceilings.

So glad we were able to stay here for a night!
