My stay with Pablo was awesome! He sent me a set of easy directions (Google maps may get you lost...) and was fine with me rolling in a bit late. When I arrived, he greeting me with a bowl of delicious homemade deliciousness and a cold beer.

If you have ever traveled internationally and have stayed at private guesthouses, where it is a mix between homestay and hotel, then this is what I liken Pablo's place and general vibe to. He is super friendly and a very interesting guy and all around great host. I loved chatting with him and chilling in the cool NM evening. However, I got the idea that if you were wanting more privacy, he would give you space. My suggestion is to chat it up with Pablo, because he has had an interesting life and he tells a great story.

Without getting more long-winded - bottom line is that Pablo's place is clean and inviting. He is a wonderful, interesting host that has a really cool property, including old adobe buildings and Earthship-inspired bottle walls on some of the outbuildings. The place is affordable and easy to reach from the highway. I hope to return! Thank you Pablo!
