This is a nice place to stay if you just need something simple and last minute. The host was super nice and set up a hammock & lights for us. The directions were confusing to get there at night, but the host was quick to respond and come get us.

The site is well kept and the host is warm and welcoming. He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We tent camped in spot 3 where the grass was very well kept. Milton let us roam around and see the chickens and spend time with his lovely pets. We were traveling with our pet and he was so gracious to share some treats from Diego’s, a local pet store. We even came away with some farm fresh eggs for the next leg of our journey. I would recommend Adobe Acreage to anyone for a tent camp stay and the pull through spots for RV and trailers looked nice too.

Nice little spot the host came to greet us right away when we got there which was great. Simple setup but we had everything we needed and were close to Old Town so we could explore right away once we left.

Milton is great. The listing is very clear about what the site offers so there are no surprises. The price is exceptional given the amenities and privacy, and the friendliness of the host. Highly recommended!

I completely forgot to write a review from a month ago when I took my birthday road trip with my girlfriend and our dogs.... this is a nice quiet site that is perfect for a pit stop on a road trip. We slept in our Jeep but there is a perfect grassy area if you want to set up a tent or two. They also have a portable shower and left us a few little essentials with some bottles of water. Milton also left me a birthday card with some well wishes that was very much appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Milton for the awesome stay and sorry for the late review!!

Milton was amazing - responded immediately to everything and even left some firewood out for us in the evening. The place was easily accessible from the city and was clean and safe. Thanks so much!

Milton's place is about fifteen minutes south of downtown albuquerque. It's very rural and quiet but also a half mile away is every shop you could possibly want or need and many restaurants too. The closest gas station has diesel for $2.08 and there's a propane station nearby too.
I missed the first night of my reservation and Milton let me stay another night. I felt 100%0 safe (solo female traveler).
Also, I have a soft spot for anyone with a little free library. So grab a book or watch the horses. Spend the day exploring how awesome NM is and then sleep safely at Milton's.
