at A Night in the Woods you are escaping from the hustle and bustle, you have your own firepit and hammock and there is a lake where you can swim at kayak and hang out at! Though it was winter for us so we just went down to look at the beauty of it. Shawn has plates and cups and water all ready for you so you don't need to worry about bringing your own kitchen utensils!

Totally worth it, especially for the price. Very nice place if you're looking for camping without the hardships. The camper has everything you need including dishes, pots and pans, stove, fridge, AC, cards and games etc..the firewood was included as well. The camp ground is private and secluded but has a great sense of community. Reminded me of a neighborhood in the woods. There is a lake that had a nice beach although the water looked a bit sketchy with all the goose poop. There were two heated pools however and Saturday night was a pool pizza party with music. Seemed like everyone in the place showed up and it was a perfect thing to do with the kids. Only real downside is the size of the place. You cannot get anywhere by foot, unless you really like walking. it's on a mountain so all the paths are up and down and you need to drive to get to the pool, the lake and even the bath house. Overall I think it well worth it considering I saved hundreds by doing this VS going to the shore for the same amount of time.

My boyfriend Graham and I needed a weekend getaway desperately. I am so happy and thankful we found A night in the woods! It was the perfect space for us. You get to enjoy the woods and camping but sleep in comfort with AC and facilities! There are activities down at the BearCave, we were able to join in on Casino Night which was a nice way to meet other campers and relax. The whole campsite is very family friendly, clean, and safe! We went fishing in the lake, swam in both pools, and then enjoyed be able to go back to the site build a fire and have quality time together. Hoping to go back again end of September/October. :)
