Camp Wilson on Long Pond
A magical glamping trip
We have thousands of great things to say about Camp Wilson. My Fiancé proposed to me here this weekend, we caught fish, we made s’mores, we cooked, we played games and we truly relaxed. Our dogs had the greatest weekend too & say thank you for the treats ! The camp is gorgeous, clean and whimsical. There were so many thoughtful extras, games to play, fans for white noise, a fridge and pretty much anything you may need for creature comforts, thank you a million times we will be back in the summer time!

Camp Wilson on Long Pond
Gorgeous little tent with a nice scenic view of a pond. Very happy to have electricity in the tent and a toilet next to it. Loved our stay and had a nice time at the ocean (only 40 min away!!)

Camp Wilson on Long Pond
We had a great comfortable stay for Labor Day weekend. The Lotus tent was everything we were hoping for. Clean, compost toilet very convenient, plenty of games and nice clean grill. Spent one day kayaking on the pond our favorite day there. Met the neighbors all very friendly. Highly recommend for a quick easy getaway.

Camp Wilson on Long Pond
Wonderful experience day of booking to arrival. David kept in touch with any questions you may have before arriving.
Such a nice tent, very clean, they thought of everything you may need for convenience while camping. We had a wonderful time, so nice quiet but close enough to population in case you need anything or decide to go out to eat instead of cook. I would absolutely go again. Thank you David for all the effort you put into the hospitality of your camp. I wish you all the luck with it in the future.

Camp Wilson on Long Pond
Tent in a junky side yard
The only view was straight ahead to the pond! The tent is in a neighborhood, situated between two house in a side yard. The yards of both houses are filled with all sorts of junk! Very unsightly. This is not what I expected. I would not recommend this place for a vacation. We did not want to hang out there during the day When cooking on the grill it felt like I it may fall on me, everything was on a pitch. The tent itself was good.

Camp Wilson on Long Pond
Backyard camping experience
We booked for 2 nights but ended up leaving after one night. My daughter did not like the toilet, though it was maintained very well and didn't smell too bad. The owner clearly cares about it, and the pond was nice. It is unfortunate that mosquitos were vicious and the tent is so close to the neighboring houses. The noises made it not very relaxing, to say the least... I think hot shower and dining table would be nice, if we are glamping...
