Thanks to our farm’s extensive perennial food system, Nourish has a rotating seasonal menu featuring fruit, herbs, and wild greens grown onsite. Call ahead for up-to-date details on hours and what’s in bloom! HBC is a retreat destination for mountain biking, skiing, and hiking, with private access to Green Woodland’s 23,000 acres of public trails next door! Our trails feature hand and machine-built features for riders of all skill levels. Under an hour of driving will get you to Mt. Blue Bus @ The Hummingbird Center
I actually ended up staying in the library, and it was very cozy. Awesome selection of books on permaculture, natural living, handcrafts, and lots of other topics. Bathrooms are very clean. House was very peaceful and I felt safe as a solo traveler. I purchased breakfast the next morning. Food was amazing and fresh prepared right there in the kitchen. Will def be back!

Tiny House (Apple) at Hummingbird
We stayed at the Hummingbird Center when it was still under snow, so we didn't get to see it in all of its abundant glory. Even so, the views from the hill were magnificent, the tiny apple house was cozy, warm, and dry (we had to crack a window because the wood stove worked so well!), and the main house was welcoming with a great kitchen. The seed starts in the sun room spoke of beautiful gardens to come.

Tiny House (Apple) at Hummingbird
This was my second stay and both times had an amazing experience. Real laid back crew, beautiful surroundings and all the peace you could ask for. Even the second time I really enjoyed walking the property and checking out all the structures and random art. I get a real sense of the hard work and means to educate that comes from what I know as D acres. Till next time ✌️
