About Warren House at Goodsprings
Pitch your tent on the grass of the grounds of historic Warren House, the Goodsprings, Nevada home owned by renowned southwestern archaeologist Professor Claude N. Warren since 1973. Built in 1910 to serve the mining barons of the age, you'll enjoy ancient trees, grass, fire pits and barbecues, even a serene little fish pond. Check out the historic library and mysterious map rooms, tour the artifact collections and see experience the antiques with your on-premise host. You have access to indoor hot shower, toilet and sink, complete with towels. We like to think its "almost glamping."
Nestled at the foot of Mount Potosi, your host will provide you with directions to spectacular hiking not widely published. Recoup at the famed Pioneer Saloon just a few blocks away, complete with bullet holes in its tin walls.
OTV's are available for rent a block away, with hundreds of miles of trails and roads to explore in the mountainous desert area (please do not scar our desert by deviating from the trails and roads).
