Guests can set up a tent on the backyard or bring an RV and park it out in the back. Three sides of the property are public BLM lands. There is unlimited trail riding for horses, by foot, or off-road vehicles. Plenty of exploring to be done right off the property. We are located on the east side of the Carson Valley. A short 10-minute drive to town and 30 minutes to South Lake Tahoe. I also have three horses available to hire for professional trail rides. Very quiet family environment.

If you are looking to just pitch a tent for the night right outside of town then this would be an ok place to stay. There's no fire pits or designated campsites so just be ready to pitch a tent in a field. I would bring all your own food and water as well. Also there is an older dog on property so if you have dogs with you be aware it's just an older dog that is timid around other dogs.
