Area was just an empty lot, not clearly marked. We knew there were no amenities but there wasn’t a marked place for a camp. We had to clear a small area of brush to set up our tent. Kind of felt like we just pulled off the freeway and set up camp. Also no place near to use the bathroom. We made it work but the site could use improvement. Only stayed for 1 night instead of 2.

We stayed here for a quick overnight on a road trip. We didn’t get a chance to see it in daylight but it wasn’t clear that there was a specific area designed for camping. Since it was just 2 of us we were able to find a spot relatively free of bushes but not sure how easy it would be to find multiple campsites. Ryan gave excellent instructions though and it was easy to find at night.

We got there at night and it was hard to see where we were supposed to camp. Found a spot which seemed to be it and it was totally chill for a night. Would recommend getting there during the day.

Decent area. No animals out (November). It was about half a mile away from a decently busy highway, so it was kind of noisy. Good view of some mountains.
My only concern is it needs to be more structured. I was a little nervous that I was on the wrong site for a while. There needs to be some markers dictating where the campsite is.
