I came here to camp and ventured off on a little adventure of my own that ended in the loss of my backpack.

These folks took me out in their truck to help me look for it all day. When it failed to turn up, they assisted me every step of the way while I tried to get out of there (because my car keys were attached to the pack). They fed me, kept me stocked with water, and gave me rides to the corner store.

The wifi is hard to use unless you're near the trailers. There are dogs here that like to bark, but they don't bite. The goat is a sweetheart, and you'll also come across a few other farm animals.

These folks have kids that will come up and talk your ear off, but they are incredibly sweet and I'd say they're worth saying hi to. Let them show you around the property if you have the time. They look dirty and unkempt, of course, being out there in the dust. Rest assured, they're well fed, loved, and safe.
