The vibe at Andzen Acres: Tent / RV Camping

Perfect campsite by their private lake. My boys, 7 and 9, fished all day. They didn't get any keepers but they were thoroughly entertained. The lake is quite shallow where we camped which was perfect for them to learn how to handle the canoe, we played in the kayaks they had for guests. We camped for three days and by the end, my little one, who was kind of afraid of the water, was going all over the lake with his brother. The lake was big enough to feel alone but small enough to see the kids at the far end. We saw tons of frogs, babies to big bull frogs, turtles too. The gang made pulled pork for the eclipse and had glasses for everyone. This is a new campground and they're still working on it, but I can tell by the amount of work they did while we were there that it's only going to get better.

Andzen Acres was a great place to escape for a night. Tyson was there right on arrival and showed us the property. There are a ton of trails and endless things to explore. The scenery is wonderful and we can't wait to get back!
