Come to the Yaak Valley, a wilderness oasis sandwiched between the snowcapped Cabinet Mountains and home to the Yaak River. Not to far from the Glacier National Park. Downstream from famous mountain man Tom Oar who stars in the  hit show Mountain Men. Three acres of lush forested property features a  rustic log cabin, a horse stable with two Tennessee Walkers and one Spotted Quarter Horse. The backyard has a casual fly fishing setup on the Yaak River with provided fishing poles. The property is also open to gold panning and metal detecting. The Yaak River is known for its gold prominence. For an additional fee there are two four wheelers, four snow mobiles, a Bass boat for pike fishing and a Gator boat with a jet pump for adventure on the Kootenai River. Come visit our humble cabin in the Yaak and experience the serenity and scenery that you can keep and share with others for a life-time.
