I would 100% recommend Shameless Oasis campsite. The space to camp was expansive and comfortable. Amenities include well maintained bathrooms with a shower, a cooking area with fire pit+large grill, small fridge, all cooking utensils provided, clean water, picnic table, free parking, firewood for sale on site, homemade ice cream and a wide selection of hand brewed coffees for sale on site (not overly priced and very delicious), access to a clear, clear, and calm river via a private doc, adorable free roaming chickens, and life-size chess. The hosts were incredibly kind and thoughtful and always ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and safe stay. The place to stay for a more personal+private experience than most traditional campsites.

I highly recommend this place! Mirabai is a great host, she accommodates all your needs, she welcomes dogs. I don't have the friendliest dog and she still welcomed me, no problems at all with her dog at the place. Just an all around awesome place to experience the Yaak!

Wow this place really is an oasis. When Mirabai was first showing me around I couldn’t help but beam the whole time as I marveled at all the wonderful sights here. The pictures hardly do the place justice. Everything is very well thought out in placement, design, and function. Mirabai and her son Kevin are very kind hearted, thoughtful and creative people and it was very easy to talk with them. Their dog Meeka is such a sweetheart and the place was made lovelier by the free range chickens wandering about. Perfect for unplugging and reconnecting with Nature! Lots of space to run and play, swim and nap, and eat!!! Thank you x10000 we will be back!!!

Our trip was nothing short of amazing. I brought my dogs with and they had an amazing time swimming in the river and hanging out with Mika. Mirabai and Kev were so thoughtful and kind throughout our stay. It was like visiting old friends, and I can’t wait to return. So much gratitude.
