You go in at place called Patty Canyon around the back of the Mountain. There is a locked gate. It has steep logging roads around to the front where the property starts. There is a knoll  for a good camp spot. You can see Missoula below. It is very private and wild. We are environmentalists and do not allow hunting or logging or 4 wheeling . Hiking is great .  it is Eco Tourism .It takes about 20 minutes to get to Missoula . You should bring your supplies up before you go up the Mountain , but if you forget something it's easy to go down for supplies during the day . At night the roads are steep  so you would need to be extra careful and sober. This parcel is 147 acres. There is 1 neighbor that is about the same size the rest is owned by the forest service. Right now we only have one campsite.  It has a firepit. This is a very private place.  You can get an RV up to the campsite . If it is real tall it might hit some of the over growth. We go up in a pickup truck no problem. I am asking you  to have at least 4 people in your party and for you to  stick together  because of the wild life.  We have been putting up some signs an arrow with an H to keep you on track.
