This was a great spot to pitch our tent for a day of adventure in Glacier National Park. We didn't spend a lot of time hanging out at the site, but it was adequate for sleeping and it's a short drive to the park. There was a bit of traffic noise and some late night rowdiness at the bar, but there were also owls, coyotes and elk sounds throughout the night. All in all, it was a positive experience.

We were in a pinch and booked last minute. Very glad we did! Would recommend if youre staying to explore GNP

Pros: friendly and helpful host, clean site, clean port-a-potty, firewood available, nice fire pits and picnic tables, close to gas station, 20-30 min drive to west glacier trails, next to the bar & casino (but it wasn’t loud)

Cons: some steady noise from the road but not too bad. rocky ground with no designated tent area but we just moved some rocks and had our own pads. I didn’t see a hose / spigot for water but we brought our own water so I didn’t ask. some spots didn’t have many trees / privacy but our spot was great (I think #2?)

Checked in at the Silver Bullet bar with some very friendly staff. Ordered a pizza to go and enjoyed the automated massage chairs while we waited (worth every penny!). Danette had our site ready and firewood at the location - she was very kind and hospitable. The site had beautiful views!

WE were a last minute decision and hostess was kind and quickly responsive. When we arrived, she was not available but MIke? was helpful and even spotted us some firewood that we forgot to order ahead of time. We let early after a good night's sleep. Had no trouble with road or bar noise. Saw a deer on our way out (bonus).

The campsite was easy to find (right near the bar) and was the perfect distance from Glacier National Park. Danette was a lovely host - she met us on the road and showed us to our campsite right away. We had a great stay!

Danette was great!! Super friendly and accommodating. But the lots where she has campers set up... have a ton of thorny bushes all over the place, we tried wearing flip flops at the end of day, and they would still poke us on the sides of our feet. Other than that, it was a little rowdy being right behind a bar. If you are a heavy sleeper, than this place is for you. But if you’re a light sleeper.. you may not get much sleep.
