Very nice location, easy to find, good electrical hookup and water available. Chris was very helpful and informative. The wild turkeys wake up call was at about the right time and the cows in the nearby pasture kept our dogs nose working.
Nice stop on cross country trip. Very convenient level spot for our camper. Close to power and a porta potti. Communication was clear and prompt. Yes, train tracks are nearby, but we found it soothing. Beautiful valley view.
Perfect stop! close but far!
Brett and Chris couldn’t have been nicer! Their home over looks green pastures, with railroad tracks and Yellowstone River in the background. Relaxed on the spacious lawn under the stars! The little town of Columbus was friendly with lots to do. Would have liked to stay longer or better yet, move there!!
Amazing hosts and a great camp for
Great place to camp as a stop over on our way West. Brett and Chris were so nice and courteous. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. The only negative was the train that passed. Happily there went any durning the night.
One suggestion...a toilet, even if it was just a vaulted one would be great. Thanks for the great hospitality!
Great place to camp
A great place to camp! Excellent views looking across the Yellowstone River Valley. Good spot for an RV and for the tent we set up.
Brett and Chris are great - very welcoming and friendly. For a very reasonable fee they gave us a shuttle back to our truck after we had canoed down the river.
We will be back for another stay!
Brett and Chris made sure we felt welcome! we pulled in pretty late and on late notice and they responded promptly to all texts, met us at the site and oriented us for a nice stay. the spot has great views and is very pretty. we would recommend!
Absolutely beautiful property, and even more wonderful hosts, Brett and Chris! Great fishing hole a mile down the road! Strolling through the small town of Columbus was an unexpected treat! My son and I stayed 3 nights and easily could have spent a few more!
