Beautiful little spot right off quiet state highway in Bynum Montana. The host was very responsive to questions, and it was super easy to get to. I would highly recommend as a place to stay if you are heading to or coming from Glacier NP or the Bob Marshall Wilderness. I was surprised at the amount of wildlife on the farm, we startled pheasants and deer, and had bats and great horned owls in close proximity. Super cool. The fire pit was nice, and having free firewood on hand was a real treat. Bynum is also a pretty cool tiny town, with a surprisingly nice rock shop. The Bynum reservoir is about 8 miles away and is a nice place for a dip. Water access was not quite as easy as we expected at the site itself, the pond is good for filling fire buckets, but pretty stagnant and small. Muddy Creek is close by and accessable from the property, but it is difficult to get in to, and definitely not a Creek to hang out at with small kids. Thankfully the Reservoir served that purpose admirably!

The space was kept well and the firepit and wood available was awesome. Not ideal for a low riding car to drive through the field to get there and could hear the highway traffic all night. Nice private spot for small gatherings with plenty of wildlife!

The site was awesome for what we were looking for! We were on our way through to Glacier and decided to make a stop for the night. We got there as the sun was going down so even though the road was close, you couldn’t even tell with the trees and seclusion. The creek on the property was great to throw a line in and watch the sun set. I was nervous to get back to our site as someone had previously commented about tall grass and low vehicles being an issue. We drive a civic, but the grass was no match, it was easy to get back to the site! I recommend to anyone who is driving through and wants a secluded site.
