The Stewart Settlement was once an old dairy farm. A lot of labor of love is going into this property to restore the land and make homestead the way things used to be. Home of some gorgeous rolling wooded hills, we want to preserve the land and help it reach its full potential without clearing it all for housing developments or commercial farming. We believe in getting back to the land, back to nature. There are several fields used for our livestock which we rotationally graze. We want to share our farm and our experiences with anyone who wants to learn. Learn more about this land: Experience a night of "off the grid" glamping with modern decor. The repurposed shipping containers are well insulated and climatized to create the perfect bunk with all the essentials you could need. The outdoor living space has ample room to roam, play, cook, and enjoy. Enjoy the serene country setting and countless stars while being a short drive from the city life. Explore the farm, get to know the farmer, and enjoy the slowed down pace of The Stewart Settlement.

      Campsite at modern campground
      Due to the extreme heat, we ended up in a cabin. We enjoyed our time!

      Lacy has a great event space set up here! We spent the night on our cross country road trip in October, pretty much at the end of hosting season. The shipping container stayed warm and the bed was super cozy, We parked a few feet from the container so grabbing stuff out of the car was easy. The event area with fire pits and seating is lovely, but it was a little too cold for us to sit by the fire or hang out in the kitchen container. Glad we brought take out as there is a grill and a microwave in the kitchen area, but no stove or heating element in the sleeping area. We'd love to come back in the summer with a little more time to enjoy a fire and the sky full of stars!

      Arrived in time for sunset and a beautiful view. Place is just as pictured and very cute and clean. I was traveling solo across country and felt totally safe! Forgot there was no wifi but thats on me. Would definitely recommend staying here!

      Stop looking and stay here!!
      We stopped over on our way to a family wedding. It was an amazing night! We were blown away by everything. The accommodations were amazing and comfortable. We toured the farm and had a great time checking out all the animals (we are city people so this was new to us!). I definitely recommend staying here if you get the chance!

      The site was at LEAST as beautiful as the pictures! What a perfect weekend escape. Lacy was so sweet and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay.

      I booked this stay because my 21-yr old son loves the concept of shipping container homes and we were celebrating his birthday. The facility was mostly what we expected and we had a great time.
