If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
The host was very understanding and helpful. We enjoyed our stay because we were able to escape the noise of the city, but be aware, you are staying on a farm with goats, sheep and a variety of birds that you'll be able to hear, which we thought was cool but might not be for everyone. The land/pond was beautiful and the bugs didn't bother us (in May) which was a nice bonus. Perfect way for us to get away and be in nature.
Family fun on a farm.
Our family had a wonderful evening on this beautiful farm. The hosts were friendly and gave the kids a tour of the farm and talked with them about the animals. The site was perfect for us.

Primitive camping at a working farm
We only gave our host an hour notice... we will take the blame for that... it did need to be mowed but the fire ring was cleared right before we arrived. The slope of the camping area was at a rather steep angle but real campers can adjust for those conditions. I would say level the area off.. a small retaining wall by the pond would give the campers a more comfy feel. Maybe take the dirt from leveling and make a berm around the pond where the campers stay. Even though though there are many animals making noise, a real camper can handle anything. I wish we could have had more time to spend with the animals.
