Learn more about this land:
Our site is a pristine piece of Missouriâs fertile farm land located just 10 minutes from town but with all the peace and quiet country life has to offer. We raise cattle, hunt and fish this land. We have plans of homesteading here and will soon be building a bigger pond for fishing, fun and beauty. We love Godâs beautiful creation and want to share it with others!
On our land you can enjoy lots of nature, and serenity. We have ponds that are available to fish as catch and release. We have a beautiful hilltop view where you can watch the Missouri sunsets and see for a mile. We have plenty of dead wood for gathering to build your camp fire under the stars.
Just across the fence is many acres of Missouri Conservation land with hiking, fishing, hunting and more. Local regulations apply.
Just a couple minutes down the road is the Katy Trail State Park where you can bike across Missouri from Clinton to St. Louis, Â what a great place to be if you like to bike! Â Â Â Â Â You can also walk or horse back ride the well cared for trail. There is so much natural beauty here for you to enjoy! We hate to keep it all to ourselves!!Our site is a pristine piece of Missouriâs fertile farm land located just 10 minutes from town but with all the peace and quiet country life has to offer.
