Calm, quiet and away from people but close enough to town to get supplies. There are two "cabins" if you feel like you need more than a tent. The property has many wild ediables such as berries, persimmons, paw paws and mushrooms to name a few There are very few restictions except disrespecting the land

I wouldn't suggest it. Missouri is one rocky place and underdeveloped

The pond isn't large enough to have a boat. But there are many lakes in the region

I keep a stocked pond but this changes seasonally and yearly

Horseback riding

Many people do but I personally wouldn't suggest it. Mules are moreally often used

We have plenty of rivers and lakes around the region

I haven't seen people wind saIL but there is a lot of wind here

These are more than welcome

Climbing

There are many rock faces in the region. Stability of those are unknown to me

Snow sports

Missouri is not known for its snow sports but I do have some very steep hills I slide down

Swimming

There are many lakes and stream in the region that I swim in

Wildlife watching

The land is raw so you can see many different animals. I have yet to see any large predators
