I bought some land by Pine River, MN, and I would like to turn it into a place where people can make camp and enjoy being outside in northern Minnesota. The land is about 8.5 acres and adjoins 34 acres of county land. A major biking/walking/snowmobile trail (Paul Bunyan State Trail) runs along the edge of the property with some cleared trails on the land as well. I would like to be able to share this land with people who appreciate the outdoors. This is a great spot to have a small camp close to town and the Brainerd lakes area of Minnesota.
