Our family at The Jubilee Homestead is looking forward to another great camping season in 2023! This small hobby farm is where I (Esther) grew up and now my husband Joel, our four children, and my parents, are developing it into a self-supporting farmstead and event venue as we raise chickens and Nigerian dwarf goats, and grow a pick-your-own elderberry field. Our oldest son loves to plant and manage a small market garden with our campers in mind, so depending on when in the season you come, you may find some garden treasures to take home! What you can expect when you camp at The Jubilee Homestead: Free firewood Free 20amp electricity hookup at all sites (not enough to run A/C, plenty for everything else) Free water Free farm fresh, free-range eggs to collect yourself in the mornings plus more for sale when available. Free access to broomball court and equipment in barn loft Rustic trail around back of property about 1/4 mile long Playground Dishwashing sink Campers are welcome to enjoy The Milk Room which is our Lounge and Farm Store. You'll find self-serve coffee, hot cocoa, and other options available for purchase, including fresh garden produce when available. There is a microwave, places to sit and visit, and even a game table. We have a nice, fully private outdoor shower with hot water available for $2.50/shower. Guests can pay on-site via our posted QR codes or cash box. We have Nigerian dwarf goats, chickens, geese, and rabbits. We also have several apple trees, cherries, and elderberries. As grateful as we are to be out of a drought, the mosquitoes are back! We have several zappers around the property but please come prepared in case they're bad while you're here. We're also available for other events like birthday parties, intimate weddings, and group gatherings at our gazebo. As a homeschooling, home business building family, there is usually a project or two always in the works to join in on if you feel so inclined or just sit back and enjoy the peace of clean air and loving goats! Several lakes in the area provide numerous options for fishing, boating, and hiking. And nothing beats those evening country road walks while agate hunting! Other area attractions include Mini golf in Cambridge, public aquatic center with water slides in Mora, and several state parks an hour or less away.

Goat Pasture Corner
We had a Great time here. We brought Grandkids & they really enjoyed everything about this place. The goat's are cool to watch, chickens & there eggs were fun for the kids. We walked the p rye property & the road looking for agates. The barn was a fun place for the kids & we loved playing games & puzzles in the Store/game room. We went geocashing in the area & found 9 cashes. We enjoyed fires & star/ moon gazing. These Hosts are amazing & make you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with or without kids. You won't regret it!

Goat Pasture Corner
Amazing camping spot for families!
We had a WONDERFUL time camping at The Jubilee Homestead! From the moment we booked our stay, Joel and Esther were responsive and helpful. They were flexible when we had to modify our plans, too, which is always helpful. The farm was perfect and our kids LOVED playing with Loki the kitty, visiting the chicken coop, rollerblading in the beautiful barn, and running around the beautiful land. It's the perfect place for kids to just be kids and explore their environment. We (the adults) thought it was amazing, too! Joel did a great job of showing us the area and explaining where everything was and everything we could do. I would recommend this place to anyone, but it's especially wonderful for families, and we definitely hope to be back! The only "complaint" my kids had was that they wanted more of the homemade chocolate chip cookies the hosts brought us when we arrived 🤣

Warm and welcoming hosts!
Esther and Joel are warm and welcoming hosts! They are super easy to communicate with and when we arrived Esther welcomed us with homemade cookies and an introduction to their farm, family and passions. They have created such a wonderful place to camp - we got to know their friendly goats, there's a hug unique barn to hang out in, their shop is full of extra camping items you might need along with unique items you can only get from their farm - pasture raised eggs, frozen elderberries, handmade dish towels, herbalism salves, and more. We also arrived during honeycrisp apple season - probably the best apples ever. There's a walking trail, fire pit, picnic area, a playground and probably the best outhouse you'll ever come across. A heated outdoor shower was a huge plus too! We definitely recommend Jubilee Homestead for your next camping trip!

Cottage Glamping Tent
My 6 year old and I had a great time feeding the goats leaves, playing with the feisty kitten, playing in the playground. The tent was cute and the bed was comfortable. The cookies at check in were a nice bonus. We’d definitely stay again.
