Kal and Nancy have a lovely place, and they are fantastic hosts. Kal is an artist and has a fused glass studio onsite. I wanted a quiet place to relax and write, and that's exactly what Kal and Nancy provided. I rented their camper and it was a great writer's retreat for the night. It was peaceful and quiet. They also have great tent sites.

Cute little Eclectic spot. Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Welcomed my children and offered tomatoes from their garden. Beautiful glass art shop on property.

Our weekend at pioneer farm was amazing! Our hosts were fantastic Nancy told us the history of the property and taught my niece how to play the guitar. Kal showed us the glass art studio and had the most amazing gardens. The camper was very cozy, the top bunk is very small, but it was so worth it to be dry and have a stove top for hot coffee! I new going into the weekend it could rain and when it did we were warm and dry. The lake and forest are beautiful, everything was wonderful. My niece already misses their two dogs, I already miss Kals cooking. We had so much fun!
