Camp 1 is nearest the Tipi (from P2 Rendezvous and Retreat listing)

Camp 2 is nearest the Safari tent.  So, if your party includes glampers and campers these are the options for you!  Camp 1 and 2 are in fairly close proximity to each other, and to the Tipi and Safari tent.

Camp 3 is at the head of the Walnut Trail, a lovely arbor-allee of 100 walnut trees. Did you know that walnut trees are known to be a farmer's retirement? This site orients to the west, facing the amazing daisy field, and is more secluded than Camp 1 and 2.

The Haunted Hollow, or Camp 4 is where you can pitch your tents and RIP.  This is a secluded and protected location where it is always hallowed eve!  It's just a very short portage into the lower woods and is a totally private campsite, in an area originally carved out as the local rock quarry. This spot is guarenteed to be a good place for spooky campfire stories, and where we have witnessed some very mysterious phenomena.

All of our sites are right on or near the trail system, which runs for two and a half miles and circumnavigates the 60 acre property.

P2 Privacy in the Pines was spectacular! We arrived late and at the very last minute, but our hosts Pam and Pat could not have been more welcoming. We had our pick of a few fantastic campsites (there's also a gorgeous safari tent and tipi on site, for those looking for a bit more luxury). We had lots of privacy and access to every amenity we could have asked for, from water and toilets to a fire pit and firewood. And the property is just stunning -- up on a hillside, you can look out into the valleys below, and walk for miles on groomed trails throughout their 60+ acres. It feels secluded, remote, and peaceful -- but Northfield and the Twin Cities are just around the corner. This was the perfect first Hipcamp experience, and we definitely plan to be back at P2 very soon!

Pat and Pam were fantastic hosts who went above and beyond to make sure my son and I had an enjoyable experience. And we did! The campsite was perfect, tucked into and amazing stand of pines which sits atop a hill. it was warm the weekend we were there but there was always a nice breeze blowing up from the valley below which kept all flying pests at bay.
Pat and Pam we so gracious and even invited us on a pontoon boat ride on lake Byllesby which is just a couple minute drive from the campsite.
Pat has painstakingly mowed a beautiful walking and biking path throughout their 60 acres for their guest to enjoy. My son and I brought our mountain bike s and rode the trails the evening before we left. we had a great time.
Would highly recommend P2 for it's privacy, scenery, and of course the hospitality.

This place is absolutely amazing and Pat and Pam are delightful hosts. The grounds are so beautiful with lots of trails. We stayed in the tee pee and the fancy tent and both were clean and wonderfully decorated. I felt like I was in another world. Cannon falls is a great area to kayak, hike and fish and we loved the very close proximity to everything from our camp site. Will definitely stay again!

Girlfriend and I had a nice time tent camping at p2. The property has an excellent view over a valley with some nice trails on site. Pam and Pat are very friendly and want you to have a good time. We went kayaking nearby and walked a few miles of cannon falls trail. I’d recommend you bike it as it’s a paved trail that goes all the way to red wing.

We had an incredible experience at P2 Rendezvous. It was our kids’ first time staying in a tent and it was the perfect place to break them in to a real camping experience. There were gorgeous views, fun hiking trails, and plenty of space to explore. Plus, no mosquitos! We were also close to town, so we could grab food to cook over our campfire. With so much to see and do just on their property, we have to come back for another stay! Thank you for a wonderful camping experience, Pat and Pam! Can’t wait to see you both again.

It's hard to review or rate a place that's off the charts like P2!! We were absolutely blown away when we arrived. The property is immaculate and the hosts (Pam and Pat) are incredibly gracious. P2 Rendezvous isn't just a place to stay, it is an experience in relaxation and reflection. We loved staying here so much that we'll likely change our summer plans so we can stay here again!

The property is incomparably beautiful - gorgeous vistas, lush natural plantings, wildflowers, and manicured paths/trails that take you through various landscapes on their property. Pat and Pam went above and beyond - they made sure that our group was comfortable and was aware of all of the great amenities that the property offers. We camped at site 4 - the hollow - and it was very private and peaceful. The campsite was a cool respite from the hot days, well covered with tree canopy, and flat in the tent areas. The firepit was large for cooking, and a nice tree in the middle was perfect for hanging our string lights above the picnic table. The sunsets from the high points on the property were beautiful! We were able to do some touring of the greater area, including a beach and winery nearby. Truly, though, the standout hospitality and considerations from the hosts really made our trip special. Couldn't recommend more highly! Thank you Pat and Pam!!

Our stay at P2 Rendezvous was a delight! The campsite was clean, secluded, and well equipped. The walking paths on the property are well maintained, the out house clean, and the shed of extra camping gear for our use was a lovely surprise. And the hummingbirds! I have never seen so many in one place. At dusk we sat still and watched them at the feeders. It was so quiet, and when we stayed still long enough we could hear there hum. That was a highlight!
Pam and Pat are helpful, available, and so kind. We definitely recommend staying at P2, and would love to return there for another weekend getaway.
