At the Minnesota Valley State Recreation Area, you'll trot along 35 miles of multi-use trails through some stellar terrain, passing by lakes and meandering alongside the Minnesota River, all just minutes from the twin cities! You might need a few days here to cover it all, so check out the little Equestrian Campground with hitching posts and fire rings at each site. This is a small grouping of sites where you can get worlds aways from the hustle and bustle for year round outdoor bliss.
