Set inside the 52 square miles of Huntersville State Forest, this campground is an excellent, charmingly rustic option for anyone looking to explore the woods of Minnesota. You’ll be close to the Crow River, where you can easily get your canoe into the water. The river winds through the forest, and there’s hardly a better way to experience this slice of wooded nirvana. Hikers will be happy here, too. How couldn’t they be, with more than 150 miles of logging trails to explore?
