Had a really great stay at The Willow Ranch! Our hosts were so warm and welcoming and were so great to talk to. My friends and I had so much fun exploring the vast area and enjoying the hosts art that was displayed all around us. A very nice place to stay for a weekend!
Magical willow ranch
From the moment we arrived at the entrance of The Willow Ranch where the Blue Raccoon is located I felt the magic of this beautiful place. The gracious hosts Bim and Suzie welcomed us with open arms and were wonderful and very welcoming through out our stay. The care takers of the property that we encountered were also very kind and accommodating as much as the hosts. We loved our camping site we picked out and had an amazing experience. There is a bathroom and a shower to use and sites with electric. We chose to camp in our tent, however if one prefers you can bring your camper. The property was fun to explore and the whole place felt very magical. From the fairy tree to the pond, I highly recommend this Beautiful Place. Thank you so much to our Amazing Hosts for everything and we will for sure be back
One of the nicest campsites on the west coast of Michigan. The people are awesome and welcoming, and they make you feel right at home. Very good location with everything in close proximity! Shoutout to Susie for everything she did for us and giving us a tour of everything!
Sorry I didn’t say goodbye left in middle of the night. Loved getting back here. Thank you for the watermelon and tomatoes but the ghost pepper not as much Cory 😂 Have a relaxed fall. This is a great campground to stay at !
We had a family of 8 and The Willow Ranch was a good fit for us. The site was private but also spacious enough for multiple tents. Their is also unique artwork scattered across the property. It is very rustic but also has running water/toilets/showers up at the front. We enjoyed our time at the Willow Ranch. My favorite part was the beauty of the stars at night and the thousands of fireflies that lit up the night sky around the pond. It was like our own personal light show. Very beautiful.
Thank you for sharing space with us
We loved our stay here! Exactly our vibe and what we were looking for. The bathrooms were nicer than expected (flushing toilets) with a sink and were conveniently located. We had a fire pit and a picnic table, a place to hang our hammock and a place to tie up our dog where he felt secure and he wasn’t barking at passing people due to the amount of space we had. Can’t wait to be back!!!
The host did not respond to my attempts to contact him for directions to camp. The directions from Hipcamp led me to a residence that made me feel very uncomfortable at any attempt to knock on the door. First attempt at using Hipcamp, it will be the last.
